TODAY’S SERMON
It is interesting. As I write this email the newspaper headlines for the past two days have been remarkably similar: “Still Counting…”
It is an understatement to say that we are living in a time of uncertainty. Many, if not most of us, are spiritually and emotionally worn down as we juggle election drama, COVID, racial tension, and the list goes on. To reference some familiar scriptural verses, “How then shall we live?”
This weekend in worship, I would like to invite you to join me for a walk on the beach. Putting our feet in the sand may seem far-fetched and out of place in this tumultuous season, but I believe we will find some lessons there that can help us find our footing in this unstable season. I know that I am in need of it and I look forward to seeing you there today! – In Christ, Lead Pastor Rev. Dr. Pete Moon
