TODAY’S SERMON

We are painfully familiar with the word “contagious” right now. There is not an hour if not a moment that we are not forced to think about it in this current context of pandemic. All the images are of course negative. We are working hard to not be contagious and to prevent being on the receiving end of that same contagion.

This weekend in worship we are going to have a reminder that the word doesn’t always have to be negative. What would it look like for you, your family and friends, your workplace, and your community if you had a “contagious faith”? Can you imagine a life that is yet able to offer a word of kindness and joy that keeps on giving in a world where so many feel so little hope? Can you be a part of a faith that yet multiplies into the world that seems so broken? Come join us for worship this weekend. We are going to celebrate the contagious faith that is a part of who we are, claim it, and hopefully find ways to live it even in these challenging times. – In Christ, Lead Pastor Rev. Dr. Pete Moon
