2026 REBUILD

Come out for a day (or half-day) of community service as Reveille volunteers, led by Steven Roberts, help a local homeowner in need with repairs to their home.

When: Saturday, April 25, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, full and half-day shifts available

Who: Volunteers of 10 years old and older are welcome. Helpers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants under 18 years old need a parent’s signature on the required additional form to participate. All skill levels are needed.

WHAT IS REBUILDING TOGETHER?

Rebuilding Together is a national nonprofit with a network of more than 200 affiliates across the United States. Their mission is to preserve affordable housing by bringing volunteers and communities together to rehabilitate the homes of low-income homeowners. Each spring, volunteers from Reveille work to repair a home in a Richmond neighborhood on National Rebuilding Day.

TYPICAL WORKDAY

On the day of the event, volunteers will gather at a local work site at 8:00 am and the day concludes around 5:00 pm. Half-day and full-day shifts are available. Volunteers age 10 and above are invited to participate. The event is rain or shine. All skill levels are invited to help.
