Director of Community Connection (full time)
We are seeking a Director of Community Connection to join our team. If you are passionate about creating opportunities for people to connect with each other and the community around them and growing relationships through service to God and neighbor, we would love to hear from you!
The Director of Community Connection will engage the congregation and the wider community through service opportunities, community partnerships, and events that build connections. This position directly supports Reveille’s vision to be a hub of faith, hope, and service in our greater Richmond community so that all people have abundant access to what we need to thrive together.
Candidates should have at least two years of leadership experience with a ministry, nonprofit, or comparable organization in a position that focuses on community involvement, volunteer recruitment, and program management. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Experience in local church ministry is preferred. A successful background check is required prior to hire.
This is a full-time (Sunday through Thursday), exempt position with benefits. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with up to a 6% match, generous paid leave, and continuing education support.

Administrative Assistant (part time)
Reveille is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will support the financial operations of the church in collaboration with the Financial Administrator and the Director of Administration. The Administrative Assistant will assist with accounts payable, maintaining member contribution records, preparing financial correspondence and mailings, maintaining records and files, and other office tasks.
Candidates should have at least two years of administrative experience; experience in a church setting is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience with accounting software and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Experience with church management systems or databases is preferred. A successful background check is required prior to hire.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position of approximately 16 hours per week. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a 403(b)-retirement plan with up to a 6% match and continuing education support.

Childcare Provider (part time)
Reveille is seeking a part-time childcare provider to join our team on Sundays. The position is typically no more than 8 hours per week. During the school year, hours are available Sunday mornings and evenings. During the summer, hours are available Sunday mornings. Must be available to work holidays, and, of course, must love working with children.
A successful background check is required prior to hire. All childcare workers are required to provide documentation of a current negative tuberculosis test upon hire. Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required (this training will be provided if needed).
