General Conference Town Hall & Resources
At the UMC General Conference, legislation was considered on a wide range of denominational topics, including regionalization, human sexuality, budget, and social principles.
Reveille has organized a task force to guide our church’s response to legislation passed at the recent UMC General Conference. At the May 7 town hall meeting, this task force was introduced and General Conference outcomes were reviewed. If you were unable to attend the town hall, you can watch the recording here. The task force is creating a brief congregational survey to gather feedback in response to legislation passed at General Conference. The survey information gathered will help determine their goals, objectives, and work in the coming months.
