KIDS CAMP
Come join the fun at Reveille’s Kids Camp!
Time: 8:15 am-3:00 pm, Monday, June 16-Wednesday, June 18, and 8:15 am-4:00 pm on Thursday, June 19, 2025
Location: 4200 Cary Street Road, Richmond, VA 23221
Ages: Rising 3rd to 6th grade students
Cost: $40 per child participating

Details
Kids Camp will take place June 16-19, 8:30 am-3:00 pm, at Reveille UMC, with an extended day until 4:00 pm on Thursday with an end-of-camp celebration! This fun-filled summer mission camp for rising third to sixth graders focuses on daily mission trips throughout Richmond, music, art, and activities that serve God and others. Typical outings include harvesting produce at Shalom Farms and helping in the gardens at Fonticello Food Forest to help provide fresh food for local families, working on beautification projects at Richmond’s Swansboro Elementary School, visiting Reveille members, bowling, and more. Transportation to off-site outreach locations will be provided by Reveille.
Daily Schedule
Campers will arrive at Reveille each morning by 8:15 am with a bag lunch and water bottle, ready to start the day! There will be a brief devotion time then the group will prepare for departure to the day’s mission site, returning to Reveille for lunch and afternoon activities. Thursday will be an extended day with an end-of-camp program and some sweet treats.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Come join the fun at Reveille’s Vacation Bible School!
Time: 9:00 am-noon, Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17, 2025
On Thursday, July 17, at noon, we will hold an end of VBS celebration in the fellowship hall,
followed by a picnic on the quad.
Location: Reveille United Methodist Church, 4200 Cary Street Road, Richmond, VA 23221
Theme: Road Trip! On the Go with God
Theme Verse: The Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9
Ages: 4 years old to rising second grade
Cost: $15 per child
Schedule: The daily schedule includes rotations between a Bible story, craft, recreation, science/sensory, music, and snack station.
This Year’s Theme: Road Trip!
Embark on an exciting journey with Road Trip Vacation Bible School, based on Joshua 1:9 – “The Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Discover God’s presence everywhere as we explore new places, make new friends, and experience God’s goodness together.
Join us in a fun-filled adventure on the open road, taking all the kids (Travelers) on thrilling journeys to exciting destinations. Led by the Navigator and an adventurous pup Scout, kids will learn that God is always with them. Through engaging stories from the Navigators’ Guide (the Bible), Travelers will delve into timeless tales of faith from the Old and New Testaments. Get ready for twists, turns, and excitement as they face new challenges and find strength in God’s presence on this unforgettable trip!
Road trips are a great way to build strong relationships and create indelible memories. This makes Road Trip VBS not only a fun experience for kids, but also an opportunity for them to strengthen their faith and bond with others in their community. With engaging activities, interactive games, and meaningful lessons, children will have a blast while they grow in their understanding of God’s love and promises for everyone.
