PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY (By registering your child, you acknolwedge agreement of your responsibility)

There has always been an expectation of parental supervision and assistance during Sunday evening recreation, choir practice, and dinner. Assisting in your child's choir helps the director maintain a safe environment with an often large group of very excited children. This allows the director to focus on creative teaching rather than crowd control and gives you an opportunity to share your child's experience of growing his or her faith through music.

In anticipation of revisions to the Child Protection policy, Reveille needs to ensure increased parental supervision and assistance for many of our choirs. To continue to expand our children's choir programs while keep within our child protection guidelines you will be assigned a Sunday evening date to assist in your child's choir.

When your child's choir registration is received, you will be notified of your scheduled date.
If you would prefer to request a specific date, you may do so below. Specific date requests will be taken into consideration first.
You will be assigned first to the choir in which your child participates. If you have children in multiple choirs you may be asked to assist more than once.
Please indicate below if you would be willing to assist with additional choirs.
As soon as possible, a complete calendar and contact information will be sent to all choir parents.
If you have a conflict on your assigned date, you are expected to contact another parent to switch dates and to notify your child's choir director.
